Pooja a.k.a. Nicky Dodd brings to the table a wealth of expertise in diverse realms of intellectual property, including enforcement, prosecution, litigation, and transactions. Dodd has cultivated her professional acumen through extensive work experience in the UAE, USA, and India. Previously she has held a partnership position at one of India’s largest full-service law firms and a boutique IP firm, while also venturing into the realm of entrepreneurship as the founder of IP Gurus and now Dodd & Co..
Dodd’s educational background showcases her dedication to the field of IP. A Campus Law Center, Delhi University graduate, she further honed her skills with an LL.M from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, NH. Beyond the legal realm of Dodd & Co., her zest for life extends to thrilling travel and daring
escapades. From riding a rickshaw all the way from Jaisalmer to Cochin, while raising funds for charity, to embarking on a Mumbai-to-Goa cycling expedition, and even traversing the famed Camino de Santiago in Spain, she embraces adventure with an unwavering passion.

Sanjeeth(sunny) Hedge

Sanjeeth a.k.a. “Sunny”, is a versatile attorney fuelled by a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation. With his extensive experience in filing, prosecution, licensing and enforcement of IP, he has earned a reputation as the go-to legal advisor and problem solver. He actively advises both multi-national and startup clients across tech, manufacturing, and entertainment domains in India and abroad.
Sunny holds a master’s degree in Intellectual Property, Commerce, and Technology, along with a Juris Doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center (University of New Hampshire). His professional background includes working for renowned Fortune 500 companies like EMC2 – Dell and ADM in the US. He also regularly lectures on IP and business laws at leading universities in India.
Beyond his legal pursuits, Sunny engages in social service, particularly in the realm of education and empowerment, demonstrating his commitment to making a positive impact. He also shamelessly indulges his passion for food as a dedicated foodie!

Sathyapal Arora
Partner
Satya Pal Arora is an accomplished Patent Agent, and an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. His expertise spans across US, EU, and Indian IP Laws, and is very well-versed in the international PCT Patent filing system.
Over the last two decades, he has successfully filed and prosecuted numerous patent applications in India, covering a diverse range of technological domains such as telecommunications, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and more. He also serves as a visiting professor at National Law University, Delhi teaching intellectual property subjects.
Satya Pal holds an LL.M. degree in Intellectual Property Law from Franklin Pierce Law Center (University of New Hampshire), and a Ph.D. in Patent Laws from National Law University, Delhi, India. Besides IP, he is also active in fund raising and donations for the education of underprivileged children and enablement of girl child. He can be found playing TT and practicing yoga to relax.
